Recommended dosage:

Take 3 capsules each morning after getting up and before going to bed with plenty of liquid (200 ml of water). On training days, take 3 capsules before and after training. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Ingredients:

Creatine hydrochloride, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of edible fatty acids, silicon dioxide).
